Allergens regulation

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 1169/2011 in force since 13 December 2011, customers are reminded that the following products may contain these allergens:

  • Cereals containing gluten and products thereof
  • Crustaceans and products thereof
  • Eggs and products thereof
  • Fish and products thereof
  • Peanuts and products thereof
  • Soybeans and products thereof
  • Milk and products thereof (including lactose)
  • Nuts, namely: almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecan nuts, Brazil nuts,
  • Queensland nuts, and products thereof
  • Celery and products thereof
  • Mustard and products thereof
  • Sesame seeds and products thereof
  • Sulphur dioxide and sulphites at concentration of more than 10 mg/kg or 10mg/litre
  • in terms of the total SO2
  • Lupin and products thereof
  • Molluscs and products thereof

For food safety our products may undergo a blast chilling process or coming from fishery

products frozen on board and then stored in freezers.
